Andrea Hart is Head of the Special Collections and Archives Division and manages the development, collection care, conservation, security, promotion and access of the Library's Special collections which include the extensive rare book, manuscript and artwork collections as well as the photographic and ephemera items.

Ceri Pollard is Digital Special Collections Librarian, which includes collection care of the Library's extensive Special Collections and the development and implementation of digital scholarship tools and projects across the Library and Archives.

Lisa Cardy is Head of Researcher Services and Digital Delivery and develops the services, activities and systems that enable users to discover and access Library and Archives collections and resources, in both physical and digital forms. In addition, this role manages the Museum’s institutional repository, formulates and drives the LA digitalisation programme and leads the development of activities and tools that facilitate digital scholarship, opening the data within our collections and the availability of digitalised collections. Lisa used to be one of the 'crowd' too, writing about her experience of MicroPasts using crowd-sourced data to make new content available.

Anna Freed is Crowdsourcing Transcription Coordinator, working on turning the crowd's transcriptions into a final version that is uploaded alongside the digitised collection images. Anna is also available on Zooniverse to answer questions or queries in the forums Wednesday-Friday.
