Making your work available

The transcriptions that DUNA digital volunteers will create will significantly enhance the information and rich data contained within our collections and through their engagement with the projects will enable the content to become useable and accessible to anyone for research and interpretation. For example, by transcribing handwritten documents and combining the crowdsourced machine-readable data with images of the documents, anyone will be able to search and discover the collections in detail for the first time. It is our intention to make all crowdsourced outputs open and available, for example via the Museum’s Library and Archives Digitised Collections.
