Dr. Peggy Biga is a broadly trained comparative endocrine physiologist, with primary research interests focusing on the mechanisms regulating growth patterns in animals. She serves as a Principal Investigator on the IISAGE project, using multiple species of the Swordtail fishes as model organisms to study sex-specifc aging.

Tony Gamble studies lizards and snakes to investigate the evolution of sex chromosomes and their impact on sex differences in aging. His role in IISAGE includes work with outreach, data management and analyses, and investigating the natural variation of sex differences in aging.

Tru is currently one of the research/animal care technicians working in the Gamble lab at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She provides daily care for the large collection of reptiles the lab houses, as well as assists with a variety of ongoing research projects, including the IISAGE project. She hopes that her prior experience using the Zooniverse site to engage and educate the public will help her contribute in a meaningful way to the IISAGE project.
