If I have a lot of pets do I need to enter them all individually?
No, we do have a more efficient way for people with lots of animals to provide us information.
Please download the document below and save a personal copy, fill out one row per animal, and email to herpaging@gmail.com Please be sure to not enter all your info in before downloading a copy as this is a shared doc via the link below that anyone can access through this page. If we have any further questions regarding the information you provided we will contact you.
If I email an image, how is it being used?
All pictures we receive will ONLY be used to verify the information you provided in the questionnaire. Once we review the pictures, they will be removed on a rolling basis from our email account.
What should I use to measure my pet?

How should I measure my pet?
You should measure your pet using standard length measurement protocols. For fish, this includes a fish's body length from the tip of its nose to end of its last vertebrae, excluding the length of the caudal, or tail, fin. See the picture below for an example.
