Examine underwater photos of wild beluga whales and help us identify the age, sex, and group size. We also need keen eyes to look for identifying marks to recognize beluga that return to this location year after year.

Beluga Bits

In Ages and Stages, we're asking community scientists to give their best guess for the age of each beluga whale. For Notch or Not, we're trying to identify notches in their fins and tails to help us identify individuals. Beluga Backs looks at scars along the dorsal (back) of the whale.
