Education
School classes are warmly welcome to join NestCams! The pupils can learn more about greylag geese and northern bald ibises in general, as well as improve their knowledge on animal behavioural research. Additionally, they can make a valuable contribution to research - from anywhere in the world. In the past few years, we have been successfully working with school classes and are excited about their contributions! School classes are reliable observers of animal behaviour and children are generally fascinated/excited by the work with real scientific data.
In the future, we will prepare/provide teaching materials and share it together with our publications:
- Science for kids, edited by kids – a publication from another greylag goose study from us: https://kids.frontiersin.org/article/10.3389/frym.2019.00068
