| Dr. Venter is based on the George Campus, Nelson Mandela University (NMU), South Africa, where he is a lecturer and researcher. He is the lead project coordinator for Snapshot Safari - South Africa. Additionally, he manages the Nature Conservation and Game Ranch Management Program in the School of Natural Resource Management and is a research associate at the Centre for Coastal Paleo Science (NMU) and the Centre of Wildlife Management, University of Pretoria. His research is focused on vertebrate conservation ecology. |

| Mika is a PhD Nature Conservation student at the Nelson Mandela University. She will be using the camera trap data to explore mammal occupancy and distribution within the protected areas of South Africa. |
| Yentl Swartz | |
| Yentl Swartz is a MSc Nature Conservation student doing her project at Madikwe. The aim of her study is to investigate the impacts of the African elephant on the ecosystems and biodiversity of Madikwe Game Reserve. She will be helping with the servicing of cameras. |
| Pieter Nel | |
| Pieter Nel is currently the Acting Head of Conservation Management division for the North West Parks Board, and also the Manager of Ecological Services. He has been involved in the ecological management of Madikwe Game Reserve and Pilanesberg National Park for the past 20 years. |
