





The recently launched Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite (TESS) in conjunction with the Kepler Mission (launched in 2009) are providing scientists with a huge amount of data that lets them look for planets outside of our own Solar System, including planets that could support life. With the help of the public, astronomers are going to find planets that may even bring us closer to answering the age-old question: Are we alone in the Universe?
