Julia Solomon - Director of Conservation Programs
I oversee the work of Mohonk Preserve’s Conservation Science and Land Protection departments. My background focuses on natural resource protection through land use planning. Outside of work I love hiking, camping, cross-country skiing and gardening, usually in the company of my family and rescue pup.
Natalie Feldsine - Research Collection and Citizen Science Coordinator
Prior experience with wetland ecology, plant biology, and herbarium collections. Currently, I manage a number of different Citizen Science Programs at the Mohonk Preserve, along with focusing efforts on digitizing our Natural History Index Card Collection and our herbarium collection. Outside of work, I enjoy foraging and gardening!
Megan Napoli - Research Ecologist
Background in avian ecology, but I have dabbled in many aspects of wildlife research. Currently involved in many various research projects including breeding bird surveys, vernal pool monitoring, phenology observations, and forest health monitoring. Enjoys being a crazy cat lady, competing at board games, fancy cocktails, and nerding out to nerdy things.
Jordan Williams - Digitization Technician
Recent college graduate from Florida State University with a BS in Biology with a focus on Botany. Experience in herbarium management and research. Beyond science, enjoys classic movies, bingeable TV shows, video games, and all things Disney.
