About Hampshire Landscape Watch
The change of land use has great impact on the environment. Woodland encroachment, loss of hedgerows, new ponds or river structures and greenfield development are only a few examples. Landscape Watch utilises aerial photography and satellite data to identify where changes occur, targeting the attention of Hampshire County Council and others involved in monitoring the environment.
