This page provides resources to explore three scientific topics underlying the Backyard Worlds: Cool Neighbors project -- what makes brown dwarfs unique, the formation of stars, planets, and galaxies, and NASA's Wide-field Infrared Survey Explorer (WISE) space telescope.

Topic 1: What makes brown dwarfs unique
