Seals spend much of their life at sea, so being able to monitor them while they are on land is critical to understanding their biology and how their populations are changing. Help us study these populations by tagging all the seals you see.

About Seal Watch

Welcome to Seal Watch!

Seals are important indicators for the health of our oceans, but it is often difficult to monitor their populations, especially in remote regions. This project aims to learn more about the breeding behavior and the number of individuals by monitoring the beaches where these animals breed. Help us to monitor seal populations around the world by tagging individuals in time-lapse and drone photographs.
