Help humanitarians deliver aid in Nepal following the flash flooding event.
Planetary Response Network: Nepal Flash Flooding 2026On 26th August 2026, a major flash flood struck Rasuwa District in northern Nepal, causing severe damage to local infrastructure and roads. Rescue and recovery groups on the ground urgently need accurate maps so they can get help where it's needed most.
This project maps road blockages and flooding for humanitarian aid to reach those in need in Nepal. You can join the rescue effort here by volunteering your time to help the recovery operations.
We design our projects to minimise the chance of disturbing images, but there is some risk of distressing content. If you are in distress, please contact a crisis support hotline for assistance.
Participation in this project is entirely voluntary, and participants may withdraw anytime.
