There are four workflows: identify, mark, transcribe and verify.
The first task is to identify what an item is, such as a letter or postcard. The next task in this workflow is to mark a date if there is a date present. Then parts of an item need to be marked, followed by transcription of any text, such as a letter or postcard. Then all tasks need to be verified, usually by a different person.

About SongStory

The central idea of the project is to take a song that is currently in the charts and which is a cover of a song that was in the charts in the past. Then to use this song to engage an older generation in discussion about their lives with a younger generation. The hook for the younger people is the latest chart topper, the hook for the older generation is the former chart topper.
